7. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
- U.S. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped via USPS
- Delivery may take up to 21 business days depending on location
8. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

- Carrier details
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
9. Shipping Issues & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Delays due to incomplete or incorrect address details

10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Saavy Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For delivery issues:
- Contact the carrier directly
- Then contact uswe will assist where possible
11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments (IMPORTANT)
If an international order is:
- Refused by the customer
- Not claimed
- Returned due to unpaid customs duties
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct original shipping costs, return shipping, and any fees incurred
- Issue a partial refund or store credit only
12. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our personal care products, returns are limited.
We accept returns only if:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Request is made within 14 days of delivery

- Photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Or refund
15. Refunds
Once a return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
16. Return Shipping

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
