When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery details.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide 🌍

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important: International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.


How long does shipping take?

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days after shipment
  • International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49 (before tax and after discounts).


Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@saavynaturals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll review and resolve it quickly.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes—if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at care@saavynaturals.com.


Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with thoughtfully selected ingredients, but every skin type is different. We recommend reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before full use.
